Design & Engineering Support — We work with you from the earliest stage of your project, providing technical input on part design, material selection, and manufacturability to ensure your product meets performance requirements while staying cost-effective.
Raw Material Supply — We supply engineering-grade plastic raw materials suited to your application’s mechanical, thermal, and chemical demands. Our material portfolio includes polyamide-based, maleic anhydride-based, and polypropylene-based engineering plastics.
Mold Design & Manufacturing — We handle complete mold design and production, engineered for precision, durability, and optimal cycle times. Each mold is built to match your part geometry, material characteristics, and production volume targets.
Sample Production — Before committing to serial production, we produce sample parts for your validation and testing. This step ensures dimensional accuracy, material performance, and visual quality meet your standards.
Serial Production — Once approved, we move to full-scale serial production with consistent quality and reliable delivery schedules.
Engineering Plastics
We supply and process the following engineering plastic families:
Polyamide-Based (PA) — High mechanical strength, wear resistance, and thermal stability. Widely used in automotive, electrical, and industrial components.
Maleic Anhydride-Based — Functionalized polymers offering enhanced adhesion, compatibility, and bonding properties. Used in multi-material applications and as coupling agents in filled compounds.
Polypropylene-Based (PP) — Lightweight, chemically resistant, and cost-effective. Suitable for a broad range of applications from automotive parts to consumer goods, available in filled and reinforced grades.
Polyethylene-Based (PE) — Excellent impact strength, moisture resistance, and chemical stability. Available in various densities for applications ranging from industrial packaging to high-performance piping and liners.
Polystyrene-Based (PS) — High rigidity, clarity, and dimensional stability. Includes impact-modified grades and general-purpose options for use in electronics housing, medical devices, and consumer packaging.
